Yes, we do have providers that accept some EAP’s.  You can contact our office to check which providers accept your EAP.

We accept cash, check, debit, and credit cards.  Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FLEX) will usually cover services as well.

Almost all counseling sessions are scheduled for 50 minutes.

We ask that you give us a 24 hour notice of canceling an appointment, or you could be charged for the appointment.

Not usually.

Depending on the provider you choose to schedule with, it will be one to six weeks before your first appointment.   A few of our providers schedule off of a waiting list.

If you feel like hurting yourself or others, please call 911 or go to the nearest hospital or Prairie St. John’s.

We are an interdenominational Christian mental health services provider.

VCCC opened September, 1991 in Fargo through the vision of the late Dr. Todd and several area churches. VCCC was established to be an extension of and a support to local pastors and churches.

No, we do not offer a sliding fee scale. We do have several churches that help support our Client Assistance Funds (CAF) for people that do not have insurance coverage and cannot afford counseling fees because of financial difficulties. CAF is used for appointments with counselors that do not accept insurance. These funds will help cover up to half of your appointment fee, with a family limit of $500/year.

Friday: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

*We do offer some evening appointments Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.

VCCC is a 501c3 organization that strives to provide affordable mental health care to all people.

VCCC and partnering churches offer Client Assistance Funds to clients to help provide affordable mental health services. (Some restrictions apply)

VCCC is a non-profit that provides support staff, office space and amenities to counselors who provide professional health care to their clients. Without VCCC, our Christian mental health service providers would not have a professional setting to practice faith based counseling.
